ABOUT THE POETS:

Sara Burge: Sara Burge is a professor of creative writing and poetry at Missouri State University and the author of the poetry collection Apocalypse Ranch (C&R Press, 2010). Her poems have appeared in Prairie Schooner, Virginia Quarterly Review, new south, Cimarron Review, River Styx, and elsewhere.

Marcus Cafagña: Marcus Cafagña is a professor of poetry and the program coordinator of creative writing at Missouri State University. He is the author of two books, The Broken World, a National Poetry Series selection, and Roman Fever. His poems have also appeared in The American Poetry Review, Ploughshares, Poetry, the Southern Review, among numerous other literary journals and anthologies. He has lived in the Ozarks for over twenty years.

Karen Craigo: Karen Craigo is the author of two full-length poetry collections, Passing Through Humansville (Sundress, 2018) and No More Milk (Sundress, 2016). A freelance writer and editor, she is also the fifth Poet Laureate of the State of Missouri.

David Harrison: David Harrison is a poet/author/speaker with 100 published books, including 20 poetry collections. Selected titles Now You See Them, Now You Don’t (2016) and Crawly School for Bugs (2018) were chosen to represent Missouri at National Book Fair in Washington, D.C.
